Onalee's Sheep  - Terms of Sale Below is an outline of the terms of sale on my sheep and lambs, please take a look and make sure you are agreeable to these terms before entering into a transaction to purchase any sheep or lambs.  Thank you!

• No checks are accepted - PERIOD.  I ONLY accept US Postal Service money orders or cash upon pick up of sheep.  If you would like to use PAYPAL (credit card) to make a deposit on a sheep, that can be arranged.  There is a minimum processing fee on Paypal (credit card) payments of $2 or 4%, whichever is larger, which you would be required to pay. PAYPAL will not be accepted as a full payment for sheep; only as a means to place a deposit on them.

• Males start at $100 at 2 months old, Females start at $125 at 2 months of age. The price may be higher on older/larger animals, please check with me for specific prices on any sheep you are interested in.

• For lambs that are not yet weaned, you may place a deposit on them of $25 per lamb or, if you are getting several, 20% of the total sales price and I will hold them for you until they are eating well on their own and ready to be picked up (usually at about 2 months of age). 

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I cannot supply the sheep to you at the specified pick up date.  You must pick up the sheep within 4 days of the 'date available for pick up'.  If you cannot do that, but still want the sheep, then an additional feed charge of $7 per week (or $1.50 per day) will be added onto the price of the sheep and will need to be paid when the sheep is picked up. If you change your mind about getting the sheep for whatever reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

• The reason that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE is that I am relying on you at your word that you will pick the sheep up on the agreed to date.  I will take the sheep off my site as available for sale and often will turn down other viable offers for the sheep during this time relying on your word that you will pick it up. Additionally, I am making decisions in advance on how much feed/hay to purchase to feed my herd under the assumption that your sheep will be picked up on the agreed to date.  If you don't pick up your sheep that you have placed a deposit on, this places me in a difficult situation of having to feed and house sheep that could have been sold to other people who were genuinely interested.

• You are more than welcome to come to the farm and look at the sheep and lambs before placing a deposit on them - please email me for an appointment. (Please visit only if you are serious about purchasing sheep - this is a working farm and resources are limited.)

• Sheep are herd animals and will NOT SURVIVE ALONE. Please don't put a sheep through this by purchasing one lamb as a 'pet', this is against their nature and cruel to the animal.
